Beliebte Eissalat-Spezialität aus Österreich

Grazer Krauthäuptel ist eine robuste Sommersorte aus der Steiermark. Bewährt, da mehltautolerant und schossfest, produziert diese Sorte schöne Krachsalatköpfe von hellgrüner Farbe mit einem kontrastreichen Hauch in Rot. Sehr geschmackvoller, nicht bitterer und zarter Salat.

  • Lactuca sativa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt von Juni bis Oktober ca. 12 Wochen nach Aussaat
  • Der Pflanzabstand für volle Köpfe beträgt 30 x 30 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 200 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt mit Vorkultur ab Anfang März bis Juli bei 16 ° C, auch Direktsaat ist mit späterer Vereinzelung möglich
