Rubinette ist ein kompakter Eichblatt mit offenen, jedoch stark gefüllten Köpfen. Broncegrün-rotes, knackiges Blatt mit gutem Geschmack und guter Haltbarkeit. Spät schießend. Erntesicher und unempfindlich. Für ganzjährigen Anbau im Freiland und im Frühjahr im unbeheizten Gewächshausanbau. Im Sommer und im Gewächshaus hellt das Rot auf.

  • Lactuca sativa
  • Pflanzabstand: ca. 30x 25 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 100 Pflanzen
  • Ernte: etwa 11-12 Wochen nach Aussaat ab Mai bis Oktober

Die Aussaat erfolgt mit Vorkultur ab Anfang März bis Juli bei 16 ° C, auch Direktsaat ist mit späterer Vereinzelung möglich. Salat nicht zu tief pikieren und pflanzen: Fäulnisgefahr. Die Keimblätter sollten immer über der Erde bleiben; mäßig düngen, hell, luftig und kühl kultivieren
