Hitzeverträgliche, rote Eissalatspezialität

Durch die rote Farbe hebt sich dieser Eissalat von den den zahlreichen grünen Typen ab. Mittelgrosse, feste Köpfe mit attraktiven dunkelroten Umblättern. Das Herz verbleibt hier jedoch grün. Ergibt einen sehr attraktiven Salat. Sehr hitzeverträgliche Sorte, die spät schiesst, sehr gut für die Sommerkultur geeignet. Sehr, zarter wohlschmeckender Salat ohne Bitterstoffe.

  • Lactuca sativa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt von Juni bis Oktober ca. 12 Wochen nach Aussaat
  • Der Pflanzabstand für volle Köpfe beträgt 30 x 30 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 120 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt mit Vorkultur ab Anfang März bis Juli bei 16 ° C, auch Direktsaat ist mit späterer Vereinzelung möglich
