Wüchsig und gut lagerfähig

Langedijker Bewaar ist ein robuster, mittelgroßer Weißkohl, der sich im Herbst durch einen langen Stand auf dem Feld und gute Lagereignung auszeichnet. Durch seine Wuchsfreudigkeit ist diese Sorte auch für die Kultur in klimatisch ungünstigeren Lagen, etwa in Mittelgebirgen, gut geeignet. Wie alle Kohlarten sehr nährstoffbedürftig.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 150 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3 Gramm
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Anfang August bis Ende Dezember

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Februar bis Ende Mai mit Vorkultur, danach Pflanzung im Freiland Pflanzabstand: 60 x 50 cm

Blumenkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
