Robuster, großköpfiger Lager-Weißkohl

Ein bewährter, später Weißkohl mit runden, etwa 3-4 Kg schweren Köpfen, die sehr selten platzen. Diese können sowohl lange auf dem Feld verbleiben, als auch lange eingelagert werden. Polar kann sowohl frisch zubereitet als auch zu delikatem Sauerkraut verarbeitet werden.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Ende Dezember
  • Eine Portion reicht für ca. 100 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab April bis Mai mit Vorkultur, anschliessende Pflanzung im Abstand 50 x 40 cm

Weißkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
