Dekorativer, rot-violetter Grünkohl, frostfest

Dekorativer Grünkohl mit fein gekrausten Blättern in der Farbe Dunkelrot bis Violett. Die Farbe wechselt beim Garen zu einem bräunlichen Grün. Hohe, aber standfeste Pflanzen, die je nach Witterungsverlauf bis in das neue Jahr beerntet werden können. Das vitaminreiche Wintergemüse überzeugt mit einem besonders guten Geschmack.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt abhängig vom Saatdatum etwa 125 Tage nach Aussaat ab Ende Juli bis Januar des Folgejahres
  • Portion enthält 30 Korn
  • Pflanzenhöhe ca. 80 cm
  • Aussaat: Ab März bis Mitte Juni mit Vorkultur bei ca. 15-20 °C, danach Pflanzung im Freiland

Grünkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
