Dekorative, italienische Grünkohlvariante

Black Magic ist eine dekorative Verbesserung des toskanischen Palmkohls. Die langen, dunkelgrünen Blätter bilden einen dichten Schopf ohne Strunk. Die Blätter können von jung bis ausgereift zubereitet werden. Black Magic ist, ähnlich dem Grünkohl, recht frostbeständig. So kann man dieses, auch dekorative Gemüse den ganzen Winter über geniessen

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Februar
  • Eine Portion enthält 50 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab März bis Juni mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 50 x 50 cm

Grünkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
