Flacher Türkenkohl mit excellentem Geschmack

Die flache Weißkohlvariante, auch gerne als Türkenkohl bezeichnet, unterscheidet sich nicht nur in der Form, sondern auch durch die weichere, lockere Struktur und einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack vom runden Weißkohl und wird daher auch oft als Delikatess- oder Aromakohl bezeichnet. Felicity F1 eignet sich für den Anbau in Sommer und Herbst und benötigt etwa 75 Tage von Pflanzung bis Reife. Abhängig vom Pflanzabstand werden die Köpfe etwa 1,5 bis 2,5 kg schwer. Prima für Rohkostsalat geeignet.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab September bis November
  • Eine Portion enthält 40 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Mitte März bis Anfang Mai mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 45 x 40 bis 50 x 50 cm

Weißkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
