Robuster Winterwirsing mit guter Frosthärte

Sehr gut frostharter Winterwirsing mit einer Entwicklungszeit von etwa 95 - 110 Tagen nach Pflanzung. Wüchsig, robust, bildet einen festen Kopf, der recht frostfest ist und je nach Lage bis in den März auf dem Feld verbleiben kann.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Ende Dezember bis in den März des Folgejahres
  • Eine Portion enthält 50 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab April bis Ende Mai mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 50 x 40 cm

Wirsingkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
