Rote Lauch- und Perlzwiebel

Apache kann sowohl früh als Lauchzwiebel, sowie als Perl- oder kleine Speisezwiebel geerntet werden, wenn man sie wachsen läßt. Als Lauchzwiebel sät man etwas dichter und erntet etwa 6-8 Wochen nach Aussaat. Für die Ernte als Perl- oder Speisezwiebel vereinzelt man auf etwa 5 cm. Apache ist als Lauchzwiebel mit Laub verwendbar und die rote Farbe verleiht Ihren Speisen das gewisse Etwas.

  • Allium cepa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt je nach Aussaattermin ab Anfang Juni bis Oktober
  • Portion reicht für etwa 300 Pflanzen

Aussaat: Direktsaat von Anfang März bis Ende Juni dünn in Reihen
