Spitzer Rotkohl mit besonderer Rohkosteignung

Kalibos ist ein beliebter spitzer Rotkohl, der sich ganz besonders für Rohkost eignet. Gekocht verliert er etwas an Farbe. Die Köpfe bilden sich ähnlich dem weißen Spitzkohl locker geschichtet und fast gänzlich ohne Strunk. Kalibos zeichnet sich durch einen hervorragenden Geschmack aus, ein weiterer Vorteil von Kalibos ist seine kurze Kulturdauer, Kopfgewicht ca. 1-2 Kg

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Ende Juli bis Oktober
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 80 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Februar bis Juni mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 45 x 40 cm

Rotkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
