Attraktiver, roter und milder Chinakohl

Eine Besonderheit bei Chinakohl ist diese rote Sorte. In der Kultur weicht diese Variante kaum von den grünen Sorten ab, gelingt am besten bei Pflanzung von Ende April bis Ende August mit Tagestemperaturen über 16 ° C. Scansie F1 ist mild im Geschmack und lässt sich wie der grüne Chinakohl vielseitig zubereiten. Besonders attraktiv ist die rote Farbe im gemischten Salat.

  • Brassica pekinensis
  • Die Ernte erfolgt etwa 70-75 Tage nach Pflanzung, 90 Tage nach Saat
  • Eine Portion enthält Samen für 20-25 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab März mit Vorkultur oder als Direktsaat ab April bis Ende Juli, Pflanzabstand : 40 x 40 cm

Chinakohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
