Robuste und ertragreiche Petersilienwurzel

Eine frühe Sorte mit konischer Wurzel, die oben mittelkräftig ausfällt. Sehr schöne, glatte Wurzeln, die auch gut lagerfähig sind. Atika verträgt auch etwas schwerere Böden und ist resistent gegen echten Mehltau. Kräftig schmeckendes Blatt- und Wurzelgemüse mit vielfachen Verwendungsmöglichkeiten. Das Blatt kann wie üblich verwendet werden, das Besondere sind die lagerfähigen Wurzeln.
