Violetter Brokkoli mit langem Erntefenster im Nachwinter

Ein altbewährter und robuster Sprossenbrokkoli. Bildet nur einen recht kleinen Terminalblütenstand von etwa 10 cm Durchmesser. Dafür bildet die Pflanze sehr viele Seitentriebe mit kleinen Blütenständen, die fortlaufend geerntet werden können. Die Ernte erfolgt im Nachwinter, wenn es kaum frisches Gemüse gibt. Entspitzen (Stutzen) des Haupttriebes bringt mehr seitliche Blütenstände, nährstoffbedürftig, wie alle Kohlarten.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 100 Pflanzen
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Februar bis April, langes Erntefenster

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Mitte Juni bis Ende Juli Juli mit Vorkultur, etwa 4 Wochen nach Aussaat Pflanzung im Freiland im Abstand 40 x 50 cm, Direktsaat ist auch gut möglich

Stängelbrokkoli zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
