Eine außergewöhnlich gefärbte, dicke Bohne mit gutem Geschmack. Am besten werden die Bohnen frisch geerntet gekocht. Sie behalten dann ihre schöne hellrosa Farbe. Getrocknet sind die Bohnen kräftig pink gefärbt.

  • Vicia faba
  • Portion reicht für etwa : 25 Pflanzen
  • Die Ernte erfolgt etwa 100 Tage nach Aufgang ab Juni bis August

Die Aussaat erfolgt Ende Februar bis Anfang Juni im Freiland in der Reihe 15 cm, Reihenabstand etwa 50 bis 60 cm, Saattiefe 3-5 cm
