Feines Delikatessgemüse in 5 Farben

Mangold in 5 prächtigen Farben, sowohl das Blatt als Spinat, als auch die Stiele, wie Kohlrabi, sind in der Küche begehrt. Diese Mischung ist sowohl für das Freiland als auch das kalte Gewächshaus geeignet. Fireworks wirkt auch als Pflanze farblich sehr dekorativ. Vorher unter dem Namen Five Colours im Handel

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt von Juni bis November
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 50 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 15 Gramm

Aussaat ab März bis August ins Freiland, 2-3 Korn im Abstand 30 x 40 cm ablegen.

Vorkultur im Haus und Pflanzung sind ebenfalls möglich. Mangold benötigt eine gute Nährstoffversorgung.
