Einfach zu kultivierendes Asiagemüse

Mini Pak Choi, der sich bereits etwa 30 Tage nach Aussaat ernten läßt. Die Kultur ist einfach und schnell, kann auch Indoor erfolgen. Als Mini erntet man die Pflanze mit einer Größe von ca. 10 cm. Bei etwas weiterem Abstand kann man die Pflanzen auch größer werden lassen. Ideal geeignet für den Wok und weitere asiatische Gerichte.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Ernte: ab ca. 30 Tagen nach Aussaat, abhängig von Standort und Jahreszeit
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt je nach Erntegröße 10 x 10 bis 25 x 35 cm
  • Portion reicht für ca. 250 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt als Direktsaat ins Beet möglich ab März bis Anfang September, Aussaat auch indoor an hellem Platz möglich bei 16-20 ° C

Die Kultur von Pak Choi ähnelt der von Kohlarten, jedoch verträgt Pak Choi keinerlei Frost, erst nach den letzten Frösten auspflanzen und vor den ersten Herbstfrösten ernten
