Dekorativer und milder, roter Rosenkohl

Red Ball trägt purpurrote, kleine Röschen mit mildem, leicht süßem Geschmack. In der Kultur unterscheidet er sich nicht von anderen Rosenkohlsorten, die Röschen verfärben sich im Herbst, kühle Temperaturen begünstigen die Färbung.
Sollte vor starken Frösten geerntet werden.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Ende Dezember
  • Eine Portion enthält 80 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Anfang März bis Ende Mai mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 50 x 50 cm

Rosenkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
