Wärmebedürftige Rarität mit langen Hülsen

Spargelbohnen sind mit ihren bis zu 60 cm langen, grünen Hülsen sehr auffällig. Sie sollten nur in wirklich warmen Lagen kultiviert werden. Stimmen die Bedingungen, so kann man die jungen Hülsen, die süßer als Stangenbohnen schmecken, wie ebensolche zubereiten. Sie können auch eingefroren werden. Spargelbohnen stammen aus Asien, werden dort bis zu 100 cm lang und sind sehr beliebt. Metro Black hat schwarze Bohnen.

Mit Vorkultur im Haus direkt in kleine Töpfe ab Anfang April bei 20-25 ° C oder als Direktsaat in Warme Lagen ab Mitte Mai bis Mitte Juni als Reihensaat ähnlich Stangenbohnen
