Blumenkohl zur Ernte Ende November oder Frühjahr

Winterblumenkohl ist speziell auf die späte Ernte bis Dezember sowie in milden Lagen zur Überwinterung mit Ernte im März April gezüchtet. Bei Überwinterung kann es je nach Härte des des Winters zu geringen Ausfällen kommen. Optimist F1 ist für diese Kulturvariante bestens geeignet. Die Pflanzen sind robust, die Köpfe recht groß.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Ernte erfolgt im November/Dezember oder ab Ende März bis Anfang Mai des Folgejahres
  • Pflanzabstand etwa 60 x 60 cm
  • 1 Portion enthält : 30 Korn

Vorkultur mit Pflanzung ab Ende Mai bis Mitte Juli

Blumenkohl liebt nährstoffreiche, tiefgründige Böden. Zur Überwinterung zuviel Stickstoff meiden.

Im Herbst in Folientunnel gepflanzt im Januar bis Anfang Februar große Köpfe geerntet. leichter Frost hat nichts gemacht
