Früher Mini-Weißkohl mit kleinem Platzbedarf

Zora ist ein kleinköpfiger Weißkohl mit geringem Platzbedarf und schneller Erntereife. Die leicht elliptischen Köpfe sind delikat im Geschmack und besonders für Salate geeignet. Eine Sorte, die auch im modernen Squarefootbeet kultiviert werden kann. Zora eignet sich besonders für eine frühe Kultur. Spätkulturen können in heißen Sommern eine lose Kopfbildung zur Folde haben. Zora ist nur kurz lagerfähig

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt etwa 70 Tage nach Pflanzung
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 80 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Februar bis April oder Mitte Juni bis Mitte Juli mit Vorkultur, anschliessende Pflanzung im Abstand 40 x 35 cm

Weißkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
