Auffällig pink-weiß gefärbter Stielmangold

Sehr dekorativ gefärbter Mangold, der schon im Beet optisch durch die tolle Farbgebung besticht. Die Stiele sind von unten pink nach oben weiß verlaufend gefärbt. Peppermint läßt sich ansonsten wie die anderen Mangold-Sorten als Stiel- und Blattmangold zubereiten.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt von Juni bis November
  • Portion reicht für etwa : 60 Pflanzen

Aussaat ab März bis August ins Freiland, 2-3 Korn im Abstand 30 x 40 cm ablegen.

Vorkultur im Haus und Pflanzung sind ebenfalls möglich. Mangold benötigt eine gute Nährstoffversorgung und liebt mäßig warmes Wetter
