Für gemischte Salate und Wokgerichte

Eine beliebte, milde Beigabe in gemischten Salaten oder für Wokgerichte ist diese zu den Kohlgewächsen gehörende Sorte. Die ähnlich Pflücksalaten gebildeten Rosetten können praktisch in jedem Stadium geerntet werden. Eine erste Ernte erfolgt in der Regel nach 4 Wochen. Die Pflanzen können mehrfach beerntet werden.

  • Brassica rapa var. japonica
  • Die Ernte erfolgt etwa ab 4 Wochen nach Aussaat, fortlaufend, bzw. mehrfach möglich, wenn man die Pflanzenrosette schont
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 1000 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2 Gramm

Saattiefe: ca. 5 mm, die optimale Keimtemperatur liegt zwischen 15 und 20 ° C

Die Aussaat erfolgt als Direktsaat ab Februar im Frühbeet, ab Ende März bis Anfang September ins Freiland dünn in Reihen. Zwischen den Reihen 10-15 cm.

Unser Tip: junge Blätter eignen sich toll im Salat, die älteren und kräftigeren für Wokgerichte oder zum Dünsten.
