Eine asiatische, vitaminreiche Gemüsespezialität

Die Blätter haben einen herb-aromatischen, pikanten Geschmack. Verwenden kann man die frischen Blätter als Beigabe zu Salaten, aber auch gedünstet mit Reis und Nudeln. Ab einer Höhe von 20 cm kann geerntet werden, es sollten immer 3-4 Blätter stehen bleiben, um kontinuierlich zu ernten.

  • Chrysanthemum coronarium
  • Erntezeitraum : Ab Mai bis Oktober
  • Portion: reicht für etwa 400 Pflanzen

Aussaat : Mit Vorkultur ab März, als Direktsaat ins Freiland ab Ende April 3-4 Korn in der Reihe, Abstand 15 cm, zwischen den Reihen 20 cm

Die Keimdauer beträgt ca. 7 bis 14 Tage bei 12 bis 20 °C

Anspruchslose Pflanze für Sonne bis Halbschatten
