Bewährte Frühsorte mit Kältetoleranz

Kopfsalat-Sorte, die sich durch ihre Robustheit auszeichnet. Gehört zu den sehr frühen Freilandsorten. Kann recht früh gesät und gepflanzt werden. Keine Sommersorte, schießt bei warmen Temperaturen recht schnell. Bildet mittelgroße Köpfe aus mit gelblich-grünen, zarten Blättern, die Blattränder sind meist rötlich getupft.

  • Lactuca sativa
  • Ernte: etwa 8-9 Wochen nach Aussaat, von Anfang Mai bis Mitte Juni
  • Pflanzabstand: ca. 30 x 25 cm
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 120 Pflanzen

Aussaat mit Vorkultur von Januar bis Anfang April bei 16 °C, anschliessend Pflanzung mit Schutz, z.B. mit Folie oder Vlies, ab Anfang März auch Direktsaat möglich

Salat nicht zu tief pikieren und pflanzen, es droht Fäulnisgefahr. Die Keimblätter sollten immer über der Erde bleiben; mäßig düngen, hell, luftig und kühl kultivieren
