Maxi ist eine frühreifende, ertragreiche Buschbohne, die sich besonders leicht ernten lässt, da die Hülsen über dem Laub stehen (Gluckentyp). Die dunkelgrünen Hülsen mit braunem Korn sind rundoval, fleischig und sehr zart. Sie werden etwa 20 cm lang und sind fadenlos. Sowohl zum Frischverzehr, zur Konservierung, als auch zum Einfrieren geeignet. Sehr ertragreiche Sorte.

  • Phaseolus vulgaris
  • Portion: reicht für etwa 80 Pflanzen
  • Erntezeitraum: Von Juni bis September
  • Vorkultur in Töpfen im Haus ist möglich ab Mitte April um dem Befall mit Bohnenfliege vorzubeugen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 300 bis 360 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt direkt ins Freiland von Mai bis Juli. Reihensaat, in der Reihe 8-10 cm, zwischen den Reihen 40 cm oder als Horstsaat im Abstand 40 x 30 cm mit 4-5 Korn

Düngung im allgemeinen nicht erforderlich. Staunässe und feuchte Bodenbearbeitung vermeiden. Späteres Anhäufeln empfehlenswert.
