Traditioneller Rosenkohl mit Geschmack

Groninger ist ein altbewährter Rosenkohl mit hervorragendem Geschmack. Die Röschen sind etwas variabel in der Größe, gut zum Kochen und dünsten geeignet. Rosenkohl liebt nährstoffreiche, gut durchlässige Böden ohne Staunässe

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Ende September bis in den Februar
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt etwa 60 x 60 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa 40 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Mitte April bis Ende Mai mit Vorkultur, etwa 4 Wochen nach Aussaat Pflanzung im Freiland

Rosenkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
