Eine wunderschöne Kohlvariante, geschmacklich wenig an Kohl erinnernd, fein, leicht süßlich. Die Pflanzen wachsen nicht in die Höhe wie Grünkohl, sondern bleiben niedrig, werden aber ähnlich Grünkohl kultiviert und zubereitet. Blattkohl sollte nicht so stark gedüngt werden wie andere Kohltypen. Recht frostbeständig, es werden einzelne Blätter geerntet, diese kurz gedünstet oder gekocht.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Pflanzabstand ca. 50 x 40 cm
  • Eine Portion enthält 40 Korn
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Februar

Die Aussaat erfolgt von Mai bis Mitte Juli mit Vorkultur, Pflanzung ins Freiland von Juni bis Anfang August
