Runde, ertragreiche rote Bete

Eine alte Traditionssorte mit typischen dunkel rot gefärbten Rüben. Besonders an dieser Sorte ist das purpurfarbene Laub, das ebenfalls sehr beliebt ist als Pflücksalat und gemischten Pflücksalaten in Geschmack und Farbe bereichert. Die Rüben dieser Sorte sind recht gut lagerfähig.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt als Pflücksalat 35 Tage, als Bete etwa 55 bis 60 Tage nach der Saat
  • Maxipack: Inhalt 10 g reicht für etwa 500 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 14 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juli ins Freiland, dünn in Reihen säen, für Rüben im Abstand 25-40 cm und in der Reihe etwa 10 cm oder vereinzeln, als Pflücksalat 15-20 cm und in der Reihe fortlaufend im Abstand 3-5 cm
