Spitzensorte für ganzjährigen Anbau

Vit eignet sich besonders für den Freilandanbau im Herbst/Winter, kann aber auch geschützt im Gewächshaus gezogen werden. Die Frosthärte ist außerordentlich gut, Vit hat eine hohe Toleranz gegen falschen Mehltau.

  • Valerianella locusta
  • Die Ernte kann fast ganzjährig erfolgen, je nach Termin 8-13 Wochen nach der Aussaat
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 1.000 Pflanzen

Direktsaat ins Freiland von Juli bis September in Reihen mit 15 cm. In der Reihe ca. 2 cm Abstand

Feldsalat liebt unkrautfreie, mittlere bis schwerere, altgedüngte Böden. Leichte Düngergaben sind zu empfehlen.
