Bewährter Pflücksalat für kontinuierliche Ernte

Simpson ist ein altbewährter und sehr raschwüchsiger Pflücksalat mit langen, hellgrünen, zart-knackigen Blättern. Zwar für den Ganzjahresanbau geeignet ist Simpson besonders kältetolerant und damit für den Frühanbau zu empfehlen. Dafür mag es Simpson im Sommer nicht gerne heiß. Auch hervorragend zur Kultur im großen Topf oder Balkonkasten. Geerntet werden immer die äußeren Blätter, die Herzen bleiben bestehen und sorgen so für eine neue Ernte

  • Lactuca sativa
  • Die Ernte als Baby Leaf erfolgt etwa 3-4 Wochen nach der Aussaat, abhängig von Saatabstand und Kultur ist die Mehrfachernte möglich
  • Der Pflanzabstand für volle Köpfe beträgt 30 x 35 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 200 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt als Direktsaat ab März im Haus, ab April dünn in Reihen oder locker breitwürfig, Folgesätze sind zu empfehlen.

Die Kultur im Haus während der lichtarmen Zeit sollte nur an sehr hellen Orten erfolgen. Pflücksalate sind gut geeignet zur Kultur in Topf und Balkonkasten
