Schnell wachsender Pak Choi mit aufrechtem Wuchs

Pak Choi ist eine beliebte Kohlart in der asiatischen Küche. Mei Qing Choi F1 ist eine zuverlässige Sorte im Typ Chingen sai, die im gesamten Gartenjahr zuverlässig wächst. Uniform und ertragsstark mit aufrechtem Wuchs. Die gut gerippten Stiele haben eine hell-mittelgrüne Farbe. In der Kultur ähnlich den Kohlgewächsen, verträgt Pak Choi aber keinen Frost, daher erst nach den Eisheiligen auspflanzen. Geerntet werden muss er vor den ersten Nachtfrösten im Herbst..

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Juli bis Oktober
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt ca. 25-30 x 30 cm
  • Portion reicht für ca. 80 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juni mit Vorkultur bei 16 bis 20 ° C, anschliessend Pflanzung ins Freiland, Direktsaat möglich ab Ende Mai bis Anfang Juli

Die Kultur von Pak Choi ähnelt der von Kohlarten, jedoch verträgt Pak Choi keinerlei Frost, erst nach den letzten Frösten auspflanzen und vor den ersten Herbstfrösten ernten
