Schnell wachsendes Asia-Gemüse

Einfach zu kultivierendes Asiagemüse mit dunkelgrünen, löffelartigen Blättern auf langen weißen Stielen. Kurze Entwicklungszeit, sollte möglichst jung geerntet werden. Gutes mild würziges Aroma, im Geschmack etwas intensiver als Pak Choi. Sehr gut für Wokgerichte. In der Kultur ähnlich den Kohlgewächsen, verträgt Pak Choi aber keinen Frost. Daher erst nach den Eisheiligen auspflanzen. Geerntet werden muß er vor den ersten Nachtfrösten im Herbst.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Juli bis Oktober, etwa 8 Wochen nach Aussaat
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt ca. 25-30 x 35 cm
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 150 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juni mit Vorkultur bei 16 bis 20 ° C, anschliessend Pflanzung ins Freiland, Direktsaat möglich ab Ende Mai bis Anfang Juli

Die Kultur von Pak Choi ähnelt der von Kohlarten, jedoch verträgt Pak Choi keinerlei Frost, erst nach den letzten Frösten auspflanzen und vor den ersten Herbstfrösten ernten
