fein gekrauster, mittelhoher Grünkohl

Bewährter, normal hoch wachsender Grünkohl, 60 bis 80 cm hoch. Fein gekrauste, mittelgrüne Blätter, die nach den ersten Frösten ihr bestes Aroma bilden. Ernte möglich bis in den Januar, leichter Frostschutz bei starken Frösten bietet eine Auflage mit Abdeckvlies. Ohne Schutz winterhart bis etwa -15 ° C. Gute Nachkultur für Frühkulturen. Grünkohl benötigt als Starkzehrer reichlich Nährstoffe.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Oktober bis Januar
  • Portion reicht für etwa: 200 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 3,3 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt von Mai bis Juni im Saatbeet oder in der Saatkiste mit pikieren, Pflanzung ins Freiland in Juni bis Juli im Abstand 50 x 50 cm
