Japanische Zwiebelsorte ohne klassische Zwiebelbildung. Die Pflanzen entwickeln lange, dicke, weiße Schäfte mit mildwürzigem Geschmack. Ishikura kann einjährig oder mehrjährig angebaut werden. In der Regel läßt man die Pflanzen nach der Überwinterung nicht stehen, frische Saaten liefern bessere Ergebnisse. Höhe ca. 50 cm. Rasch nachwachsend, winterhart. Ishikura gilt als robust und tolerant gegenüber Thripsbefall.

  • Allium fistulosum
  • Portion reicht für ca.: 400 Pflanzen
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab April bis Oktober fortlaufend
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 2 Gramm

Die Aussaat erfolgt als Direktsaat ins Freiland von Ende März bis August als Reihensaat, in der Reihe 3-5 cm zwischen den Reihen 20-25 cm, notfalls vereinzeln
