Wüchsiger Lagerrotkohl

Langedijker Bewaar ist ein robuster, mittelgroßer Rotkohl, der sich im Herbst durch einen langen Stand auf dem Feld und gute Lagereignung auszeichnet. Durch seine Wuchsfreudigkeit ist diese Sorte auch für die Kultur in klimatisch ungünstigeren Lagen, etwa in Mittelgebirgen gut geeignet. Wie alle Kohlarten sehr nährstoffbedürftig.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Anfang August je nach Aussaattermin
  • Eine Portion reicht für etwa 40 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab Februar bis Ende Mai mit Vorkultur, anschliessend Pflanzung im Abstand 60 x 50 cm

Rotkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
