Früher, kleinköpfiger Weißkohl mit gutem Geschmack

Ein früher, uniformer Weißkohl mit runden Köpfen, etwa 900 bis 1500 Gramm schwer. Obwohl Unikat F1 zu den frühen Sorten mit einer Erntezeit von etwa 80 Tagen nach Pflanzung zählt, können die Köpfe sehr lange auf dem Felde verbleiben und ermöglichen so eine lange Ernte. Unikat F1 hat eine sehr feine Struktur und schmeckt ausgezeichnet.

  • Brassica oleracea
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab September bis Ende Dezember
  • Eine Portion enthält 100 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab April bis Mai mit Vorkultur, anschliessende Pflanzung im Abstand 50 x 40 cm

Weißkohl zählt zu den Starkzehrern, die ausreichend mit Nährstoffen versorgt werden müssen
