Ertragsstarker Pak Choi mit weißen Stielen

Pak Choi ist eine beliebte Kohlart in der asiatischen Küche. Joi Choi F1 ist eine zuverlässige Sorte, die sowohl für die Kultur kleiner Baby-Köpfe als auch für die Ernte normal großer Köpfe geeignet ist. Weiße Rippen stehen in gutem Kontrast zu den dunkelgrünen Blättern. In der Kultur ähnlich den Kohlgewächsen, verträgt Pak Choi aber keinen Frost, daher erst nach den Eisheiligen auspflanzen, geerntet werden muss er vor den ersten Nachtfrösten im Herbst.

  • Brassica rapa
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Juli bis Oktober, ca. 60 Tage nach Aussaat
  • Der Pflanzabstand beträgt ca. 25-30 x 30 cm, als Baby 20 x 20 cm
  • Portion reicht für ca. 80 Pflanzen

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juni mit Vorkultur bei 16 bis 20 ° C, anschliessend Pflanzung ins Freiland, Direktsaat möglich ab Ende Mai bis Anfang Juli

Die Kultur von Pak Choi ähnelt der von Kohlarten, jedoch verträgt Pak Choi keinerlei Frost, erst nach den letzten Frösten auspflanzen und vor den ersten Herbstfrösten ernten
