Feine und delikate weiße Bete

Wer sagt, dass Bete immer rot sein muß? Avalanche ist eine interessante Abwechslung im Garten und auf dem Teller und kann genauso kultiviert und zubereitet wie die roten Sorten. Die weißen Rübchen können jung auch roh gegessen werden und sind geschmacklich feiner und süßer als die roten Sorten. Beta vulgaris

  • Die Ernte erfolgt als Bete etwa 60 bis 70 Tage nach der Saat
  • 1 Portion enthält 150 Korn

Die Aussaat erfolgt von April bis Juli ins Freiland, dünn in Reihen säen, für Rüben im Abstand 25-40 cm und in der Reihe etwa 10 cm oder vereinzeln, als Pflücksalat 15-20 cm und in der Reihe fortlaufend im Abstand 10 cm, nach der Keimung auf einen Sämling vereinzeln
