ArtNr.: 1BR56297

Mailänder ist eine raschwachsende, flachrunde Mairübe mit violetten Schultern. Liebhaber ernten die Rübchen möglichst jung und verwenden sie sowohl roh wie gekocht. Das feine, weiße Fleisch ist würzig und leicht scharf. Mailänder ist für den ganzjährigen Anbau von Frühjahr bis Herbst geeignet und bildet recht sicher auch Rübchen während der Sommermonate. Geerntet werden die Rüben bei einer Größe von etwa 10 cm.

  • Brassica rapa
  • 1 Portion reicht für etwa 800 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 1,8 Gramm
  • Die Ernte erfolgt ab Anfang Juni bis Oktober ca. 6 Wochen nach der Saat

Die Aussaat erfolgt ab April bis August als Direktsaat in Reihen, Abstand 30-35 cm, in der Reihe 10-15 cm dünn oder vereinzeln
