Bewährter und ertragreicher Stielmangold

Ein breitstieliger, weißer Mangold, der bevorzugt als Stielmangold verwendet wird. Neben den Stielen, die ähnlich Kohlrabi zubereitet werden, können auch die kräftig grünen Blätter wie Spinat zubereitet werden. White Silver 2 ist sehr ertragreich und schossfest.

  • Beta vulgaris
  • Die Ernte erfolgt von Juni bis November etwa 8 Wochen nach Aussaat
  • Portion reicht für etwa : 100 Pflanzen
  • Das TKG beträgt ca. 12 Gramm

Aussaat ab März bis August ins Freiland, 2-3 Korn im Abstand 30 x 40 cm ablegen.

Vorkultur im Haus und Pflanzung sind ebenfalls möglich. Mangold benötigt eine gute Nährstoffversorgung.
